An event design proposal for SpaceNK based on their 'Summer Beauty' campaign that launches in 2022. I chose the La Mer brand to work with on this event. The proposal looked at the customer profile, marketing and communications strategy, moodboard of the event space including styling, experiences, and production. Based off the moodboard, I drew up a layout and floorplan for the event. I then looked at the logistics of all the activities and timings along with the budget and predicted sales proposal.

SOHO STAYCATION EVENT FOR SISTER LONDON

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND CAMPAIGN DESIGN

I was given a brief to create a speculative concept based on current trends and cultural activities in one of Sister Londons destinations. The concept chosen was based on a soho staycation. I designed the event branding and came up with the 'Costa del Carnaby' concept which was based on the creation of a holiday in Carnaby. This was inspired by the COVID travel restrictions, therefore transforming Carnaby into a different country experience. The event would include multiple tropical, holiday-inspired activities and activations such as themed food stall from around the world, giant postcard photo opportunities, oversized sun loungers and bespoke 'Costa Del Carnaby' souvenir stands.

I looked after any attendee questions via the live chat box. After the event I would analyse the feedback survey result, making necessary improvements as per suggestions and ensuring customer satisfaction with the content, experience and time.
